Roof Soft Wash in East Terrace

Quiet residential blocks off Dorset Street — same-week windows are usually available here. Those dark streaks on your roof aren't dirt — they're algae (gloeocapsa magma). High-pressure washing destroys shingles. Our soft-wash process kills the algae at the root using the chemistry the shingle manufacturers themselves approve. Results last years. Typical the East Terrace area roofs run $500–$750 for a 1,500 sqft roof, up to $1,050 for larger.
