Acceptance
By booking a service through this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Pricing & quotes
All quotes are estimates within the price bracket shown. The final price is confirmed in writing before service begins. We never charge more than the confirmed price for unchanged scope.
Scheduling & weather
We never wash in unsafe weather. If we reschedule for weather, your slot moves to the next available date at no charge. Customer cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit any deposit.
Damage & insurance
We're fully insured. We take reasonable care to protect plants, fixtures, and adjacent property. Pre-existing damage is not our responsibility — flag concerns before we begin.
Refunds
Deposits for scheduled jobs are refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours, deposits become non-refundable unless we cancel.
Service availability
We serve the Burlington, VT area and surrounding towns. Jobs outside our standard radius may include a travel fee, discussed in advance.
